Service Description

Saturday morning Pilates class followed by a coffee, a cake (optional) and catchup. This is a chance to relax and exercise with friends in the beautiful garden setting. After the hour class stay for a cuppa and a chat in the summer house. All you need to bring is your exercise mat and maybe some water. Refreshments are included in the price.
