Service Description

A 1 hour friendly and relaxed Pilates class. This will be just right for anyone from a beginner to intermediate level at Pilates. An instructor led class with exercises demonstrated and different levels of challenge offered to suit you. All you need to bring is an exercise mat and a bottle of water.
